Experience and credentials
Stephanie Glorioso Epolite has been practicing law here in Sacramento for more than 20 years, has been a member of the California State Bar since 1989, and has been a sole practitioner since 1997.
Ms. Epolite is a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association, Probate and Estate Planning Section, the State Bar of California, and is licensed to practice before California and Federal courts. Ms. Epolite is also a trained mediator for disputes relating to wills, trusts, probates, guardianships, and conservatorships.
Ms. Epolite received her B.S. degree from Sacramento State University in Business Administration with dual concentrations in Accounting and Management Information Systems. She received her J.D. degree from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento.
Initially practicing in the areas of criminal defense and personal injury law allowed Ms. Epolite to gain invaluable courtroom experience to successfully litigate and navigate contentious probate, estate and trust administration, guardianship and conservatorship disputes.
In estate and trust administration matters, Ms. Epolite has represented executors, administrators, trustees, heirs, and beneficiaries. In guardianship and conservatoprship matters, Ms. Epolite has represented minors, guardians, conservatees and conservators, and has acted as a guardian ad litem in matters as well.
Ms. Epolite has given seminars for various associations regarding estate planning issues and for the Alta California Regional Center regarding guardianship and conservatorship issues.
Community
Stephanie Glorioso Epolite resides in Sacramento with her husband and daughter and is active in the community. She has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Student Buddy Progam, an organization that mentors and assists youth with adult “buddies,” a member of the Planned Giving Committee of the Catholic Foundation of the Diocese of Sacramento, and as president of her church pastoral council.
